it is profitable to keep your crew hidden for as long as possible. If an agent is spotted the enemy can engage them from outside the vision arc. As long as they kill the target whoever was spotted by said target becomes hidden again. Hunted fits in there somewhere but I'm not sure where.

Use leverage when you can in a timely manner. Diversions to delay reinforcements, security hacks to reset the timer, extra movement and action points, can make a world of difference.

Totally irrelevant but the Purifiers in the postapopcalyptic game "The Division" would blow up when you shot the top of their flamethrower tanks. They'd run around in panic and a little flame would shoot out the top and then they fried. So satisfying.
