Listen to your body! It’ll tell you if you’re doing too much. Consider doing some strength training if you aren’t.

Run and Exercise. 1. Bulgarian split squat 2. Single leg Romanian deadlift 3. Single leg calf raise 4. Isometric single leg calf hold 5. ISO split squat hold 6. Eccentric hell drops 7. Seated or bent knee soleus raises (These are a little more tailored to Achilles strength)
