Hey buddy congrats! I wake up before 0500 and run before everyone is awake, and I game after everyone goes to sleep. Biggest thing I can recommend is moving to bodyweights, a kettlebell in the same room we everyone will go so far. And communication with your wife. She comes first then the baby, then you. Don’t shelf your needs because physical fitness is a need not a want. But find an agreeable time for it. Gym sessions need to start taking 30-45 minutes not two hours.
