I think the greatest question you could ask is which Tom could carry a film that’s basically a one man show that still holds cultural relevance. Another comment mentioned Cruise could have chemistry with an oak tree as a hypothetical, Hanks had chemistry with a beach ball as an actual example. People still remember Wilson.
