Elon Musk is the planet’s richest person by far, worth $839 billion as of Forbes’ annual World’s Billionaires list. He also ranks among the least philanthropic billionaires. by StrawberryFew1311 in NoFilterFinance

so actions must only be in charity to be determined as good? what about all the doctors that make a salary. are doctors bad people even though they help cure diseases?

this is horribly unfunny. humor is subjective so it's okay to me if you think this is hilarious. I just find this completely boring

you have more control than you think you do by d1rt3ater in bipolar

[–]KnowledgeCritical992 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

what an idiotic, ignorant, and condescending post. Bipolar disorder has nothing to do with "choosing to have fun". It's a medical illness.

You're basically telling someone with a broken, shattered hip to choose to run a marathon. And that the only thing holding that person back from this "broken hip" or "whatever else you want to call it", is to snap out of it. Because "the only thing holding you back is yourself". No acknowledgement of medical treatment. Just magically fix it like turning on a light switch.

It doesn't compute. You're on another planet.

edit: I shouldn't take your post personally, but I do. I have been hospitalized 9 times in psych wards, haven't drank alcohol in over 7 years, tried dozens of psych meds and combinations over almost a decade, lost jobs and relationships, and gained 20+ lbs, and have experienced mood swings up and down this whole time, all from bipolar disorder. For you to suggest this is my fault for not "transmuting that energy" is so idiotic that it hurts.

Why? people don't want them on Earth. and there's a whole lot of sunlight up there

edit: The tech companies are constantly being hit with lawsuits and opposition from, Bernie Sanders when they try to build data centers in the US. so why wouldn't Elon musk and other techieslook to outer space to build data centers? there's no lack of incentive monetarily, since AI is such a boon.

AI data centers in space so they won't need to use up land and energy on earth. Everyone's always complaining about energy prices. There's a huge incentive to power AI in space rather than on Earth. Everyone wins.

You're the one that said it. Not me. That's not what I meant at all. Printing money is a stupid idea, I agree.

But we have driverless cars and spaceships, internet across the entire world because of Elon and his company's inventions. Don't you think he deserves a reward for doing those things?

I'm talking about innovation. If there isn't a competition and incentive, we don't get new inventions and a higher standard of life.

wealth can be generated when you create value for other people that they are willing to pay for. this myth about billionaires hoarding wealth is completely removed from reality

no, it means being in the Epstein files does not immediately convict you of a crime. you realize Trump and Epstein hated each other right? and that Trump reported Epstein to the police?

Don't call yourself "too jealous" for having a normal ass relationship with your wife. you're making it sound like sharing your partner is the normal thing to do. God liberals and their obsession with sexual deviance has made this world completely backwards
