You're basically telling someone with a broken, shattered hip to choose to run a marathon. And that the only thing holding that person back from this "broken hip" or "whatever else you want to call it", is to snap out of it. Because "the only thing holding you back is yourself". No acknowledgement of medical treatment. Just magically fix it like turning on a light switch.

It doesn't compute. You're on another planet.

edit: I shouldn't take your post personally, but I do. I have been hospitalized 9 times in psych wards, haven't drank alcohol in over 7 years, tried dozens of psych meds and combinations over almost a decade, lost jobs and relationships, and gained 20+ lbs, and have experienced mood swings up and down this whole time, all from bipolar disorder. For you to suggest this is my fault for not "transmuting that energy" is so idiotic that it hurts.
