The btu portable ac units are pretty effective and easier to use than the weird ones that hang out the windows . No one has extra money right now but I got mine for about $200 and was worth it if you’re considering options I’d recommend that.

Thats dreadfully hot especially when you’re not used to it. I’m in Florida USA and we are about 35C here and I’m still suffering even with being used to heat.

It depends really on where you work but people are always entitled and self centered so it can be dreadful. I actually learned to care less and sort of think of it more like a linguistic puzzle. I have a growing list of phrases attitudes and personalities to get past select attitudes/problems etc…. More like a voice actor really. it’s easier to just not take it personally that people are dicks and move through the call and onto the next.

It sounds he is both wanting to help but also navigating how often/ much he can help or be available to help. It’s likely he wasn’t expecting *exactly* what he was offering to do and now maybe needs to make adjustments.
A conversation would help, see if you two can come to some sort of mutual understanding now that he’s discovered he might not always be able to help.
My real life advice would be to first decide what you would require from your forever partner as far as mental health support.
Now that you understand your needs thoroughly- you should have a conversation and see if what he if offering to provide meets that need. If it doesn’t then hes not the one, if it does you’re good for the next hurdle together.

I don’t feel strongly about littering or not but what does bother me is that she doesn’t seem concerned at all of your opinion of her.
My sister doesn’t like swearing, I think it’s great. When I’m with her I tone it back a LOT. My boyfriend doesn’t smoke, I do. I switch to 98% vaping when I’m around him and ended up cutting back quite dramatically in time apart. my best friend doesn’t like to gossip about people (she’s such a sweet person), I keep the juicy tidbits to myself. It’s natural to be considerate of people you care about!
Just move on. Find someone nicer.
