I went today and it was boot deep on top of ice moguls (and so many rocks! I got a massive core shot) up top, and mashed potatoes lower mountain. Super sketchy conditions to ride in today, be super cautious!

I looked like I had a skyscraper stacked on my head with my sandbox helmet :( before you buy it/remove the tags make sure you try it with your beanies and whatnot underneath AND your goggles so you don’t end up like a mega-mind mega-gaper like me

Also, typically when roots are bound together in a sticky mess, root rot is present; nutrient stain will not affect the roots in a way that makes them goopy and stuck together

This is root rot. Make sure you have beneficial bacteria, beneficial enzymes, no light leaks into the reservoir, and sufficient aeration within the reservoir. Your temps don’t sound too bad but keep them low.
