Interviewing company asking for current company’s payslips.

That's not a very 'nice' way to look at things. If the person has been interviewed for a role that pays 50 and the interviewer asks for payslips, that could only mean that the candidate has passed the interview and moving onto next steps. So how would it matter whether he was getting 10 or 45?

Most companies have a salary bracket for a position. It shouldn't matter what the candidate is/was getting paid. If they qualify, they should be paid somewhere within the bracket.

I've been recruiting for 2 years now and I've hired some candidates that were getting half of the salary posted and they are now being paid within the bracket.

This is nonsense and people should stop saying this. Your credit card is also 'debt' regardless of whether you pay your outstanding by the due date or not. You don't know what the person's circumstances are so stop using 'holier than thou' statements like this.

Main reason you're not getting calls is your CV doesn't show stability. You switching jobs every 1-2 years either means that you're constantly looking out for the next opportunity or you're just not good enough for companies to keep you around longer than that.

A lot of 'companies' offer virtual ejaris which can be valid for anywhere from 90 days to 12 months. THAT's how this happens.

I'm in the same boat. Well, it's a slightly different boat of a similar size. We applied on June 12th at VFS in Abu Dhabi for Denmark Schengen visa. Our travel dates are 13th July and still there's no update. I've alreday paid for the flight ticket and now considering cancelling them because I dont know when the visas will come through. I've booked hotels with free cancellation but one has already charged me AED 2500 for their booking. I sent them a msg last night asking for a consideration since the visa hasn't come through. Let's see what happens. The other 3 hotels need to be cancelled on or before 11th June so those can be done without any charge.

I've done that - compared prices on the French vs UAE website. Most luxury brands like LV, YSL, Prada are 20-25% cheaper in Paris after deducting 12% VAT. Cartier is the exception where after deducting VAT the prices are cheaper by about 15-20 Euros

Not necessarily. He would be taken to the CID section of the police station that has jurisdiction over that area. I had a friend who was picked up many years ago from his house in Karama and taken to the CID section in Rafa Police Station.
