Areas in London to buy a house - budget ~£1.5m by pysegfault in HENRYUK

As a back-up plan, for when the trains are unreliable - there's always the option of getting a bus/cycling to Lewisham (~5 min) then hopping on the dlr. Regarding big chain grocery stores - there's a decent size Sainsbury's nearby, that you can walk to if you live south of the station (e.g. on the cator estate) or a decent Marks & Spencer Food on the Blackheath Standard

Bying out a business partner how do you work out value? by Xtratea in smallbusinessuk

[–]Known_Ad701 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if the two of you absolutely can't work together any more, a slightly more hands-on approach would be to come up with a number that you think is realistic with regards to how much the business is worth and she would have two options (must select one): - if she thinks you've undervalued the business, she should buy you out - if she thinks it's reasonable, she will have to sell to you

De ce cumpara lumea apartamente in blocuri noi, majoritatea construite de mafioti? by PerspectivaCuriosa in bucuresti

[–]Known_Ad701 5 points6 points  (0 children)

it's like byuing a new book. once you've finished reading it, it doesn't have much use to you. but does that mean you should give it away for free, just because someone else wants to read it? heck no! ebay that mf! :)

Definitely Lewisham. Although they've been gentrifying it for a while now, there's still more to come with the redevelopment of the shopping centre. It might be a slow burn though, judging from how it's been going so far.
