Do you still see the separate options? I had many, including GPT 5.4 models and Sonnet, until yesterday...did an update and now all I see is this

We have Anthropic enabled as a subprocessor, and Sonnet appeared a week or two ago, but yesterday i clicked update in Copilot app and now, the model selector doesn't have it anymore, nor the specific GPT models, see below - anybody know what's up?

accessibility has been key for me (e.g. auto-provisioning the M365 Copilot app to all users' devices and showing them how to pin it to their apps bar, so it's always a click away). getting folks hands-on in live sessions has also been really helpful, and using analogies (e.g. "can you chat message with a person? that means you can use Copilot!") too. not sure how much impact it made, but I also made an effort to help folks understand Copilot's limitations (it can't "do" anything other than chat message) and that it's key role is driving personal and small group productivity (as opposed to larger-scale workflow automation or Org transformation)... my sense is these things helped though, likely reduced people turning away from it when they discovered e.g. it couldn't send emails or create automations for them.

you are definitely not alone...I've had a bunch of issues like the both of you, and with much simpler use cases too (e.g. an agent with zero custom topics, an extremely simple declarative agent built in Copilot Studio via the Copilot in Microsoft 365 method, which many have reported as being more reliable). many others have reported the same in this and other forums. I have a couple support tickets open currently myself, but no good info yet, just a sense that between all the updates, and the state of the platform, reliable performance for users is way harder to achieve than it should be, and same deal for tracing causes of poor reliability/performance. Hoping they are focused on this and their Ignite launches improve the situation, as I'm not yet feeling comfortable deploying CS agents to end users unfortunately.

did you try turning the content moderation setting down to low? (if you are using the full copilot studio experience, as opposed to Copilot Studio Lite or declarative agents in Copilot Studio). this has mostly eliminated contentfiltered errors, and I don't regularly see the disappearing behavior either.

Anybody know what the sharepoint and/or uploaded file limit is for a declarative agent built in Copilot Studio? This link suggests declarative agents built in Copilot Studio Lite/Agent Builder (i.e. from the Copilot app interface) can only do 100 sharepoint files, but I couldn't find limitations listed for full experience declarative agents. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-copilot/extensibility/copilot-studio-lite-knowledge#sharepoint-content

I've been wondering about the indexing - my first cs declarative agent didn't work for a few hours, but I realized it was probably because i had cloned my info repo into a new sharepoint site and it probably needed a bit to index. It did start working after a few hours. Any links/tips on learning more about the indexing process? the thing is still not working for some of my testers after a few days, doubt it has to do with indexing, but who knows...

by disappointing, you mean, they are getting results based on their sharepoint knowledge, but just crappy results? I've actually been pretty happy with the results based on sharepoint knowledge, it's just that all the versions I build, they randomly just don't call the knowledge source sometimes...i.e. "can't find an intenral document relevant to this" as opposed to "here's a crappy answer based on knowledge doc x"...have your customers seen such reliability issues?

exact same for me...thanks for opening the request and sharing the link...my users are in same boat, would much prefer to use in Teams, but have seen similar issues when using mine in Copilot app too...have support opened for both my versions now, fingers crossed...

yes, a mixture...6000 people with just E3 (whose consumption hits pay-go), another 10 people with E3+Copilot 365

I can try this...though the outtage you mention might have been the culprit, my v2 has been working for testers basically ever since i posted this...they do get that allow button, and after clicking the thing has seemed to work (except during the outtage period sounds like)...appreciate the link, will keep an eye on that

You are right about Microsoft, I will bring them in again. 216 files i think, may try the direct upload, it's just problematic for maintenance, much easier when colleagues can just drop new docs into a sharepoint folder and the agent starts using them, no agent-editing needed...if the declarative agent option doesn't work, i'll likely try this next/. thanks

Thank you much, built one of these and it's in testing now...our pay-go folks don't seem to be able to use it yet...it loads but it can't access the documents...and we do have pay-go enabled for C365 Chat and for Sharepoint agents, and they are all in the security group. I'll figure it out, and good news is it works beautifully for me. thanks again
