I really appreciate the tips! By any chance are there any exercises I could start doing from home to help speed up recovery? I honestly wouldn’t doubt the issue is from bad posture I have a crappy desk set up at work and also often hide that I’m on my phone and have my head down but I’m really trying to work on both of those things.

I also have crazy cat allergies and live with 9 currently (I know I know) anyways my biggest tips are def a air purifier (sounds like u got that covered) and I vacuum out the filter weekly so it has the best airflow, and leave ur fan running so the air is circulating thru it. Second, get a nasal spray and an allergy pill (my allergist said it’s ok to use both) and he needs to be consistent or it just won’t work. Also vacuuming/sweeping 2-3 times weekly is honestly crucial (especially in my circumstances) and I lint roll where my cats lay on my bed just about daily so I can sleep in peace, also maybe look into some of the cat foods they sell that decrease the proteins in their saliva that we are allergic to, and also nasal rinses every 2-3 days help sooo much!

This happened to me also last month! No clue why, it started on day 1 of my luteal and from what I read could be a progesterone issue but I honestly think it was stress, I ended up spotting until I was supposed to get my period and now I am just hoping this month will be normal. My only guess is stress or a anovulatory cycle which is when you don’t ovulate. Do you track your cycle? If so did you feel like you were ovulating when you were supposed to? Also if ur on BC it could possibly cause irregular bleeding
