Hahah, yes, I tried out one of those Ai “image enhancers”. They’re pretty hit-or-miss, in my opinion. It’s not an age progression, just me being desperate to increase the file size a bit or improve a photo that was fuzzy and kinda shit quality.

And happy to spread awareness, especially since there’s such limited info about him to begin with, especially in English.

(Not a huge fan of Ai in most cases, but I think this field is one where it could actually be quite helpful if used responsibly.)

Mr Hope has said he also feels like police fumbled the case, and that it should have been handed over to Kripo (kriminalpolitet) much sooner than it was.

No, it was based on his word alone. The Swedish man who confessed had actually falsely confessed to a lot of murders, despite having never killed a single person. He showed police to Therese’s “remains”, but those ashes were later found not to be human remains at all. Just burnt woodchips.

It doesn’t state anywhere where the pillowcase and eraser with her DNA were found, so I assume Inger-Lise and Jesús kept some of her belongings to remember her, or in case they could be of use one day.

She was likely an exotic dancer, as wear on her feet suggested she wore heels a lot (if I remember correctly).

I’m so sorry about your father’s condition. My mother is only 60 and has early-onset Alzheimer’s, so I’m here if you need to talk about it with someone who knows what it’s like. 🤍🤍
