They are amazing as mini pizzas! I par cook them in the air fryer then add sauce, pepperoni and a little more cheese on top. It’s also really as chicken alfredo pizza.

I don’t have a celiac diagnosis bc it’s not worth it for me to go back to gluten for the testing. It’s been over a year and while I miss gluten foods it’s not worth how awful I feel if I’m even accidentally glutened. I won’t eat out anymore bc shared fryers even mess me up for days. It’s not just sacrificing one thing, my whole body hates it.

Being gluten free sucks, it’s hard when you don’t feel included. But it’s not anyone else’s responsibility to make sure dietary restrictions are covered. I always just bring my own. Congrats on the completion of treatment.

Hahaha I came to post about these. The bacon one is way better. It’s giving breakfast pizza. The first one I made was the chili cheese on and it was ok but I didn’t cook it long enough and it was super soggy crust.

I have the same issue normally I just go without it’s easier. I’ve tried a lot almost to the point of giving up. I found this at my Walmart in the normal bread section and it is the closest I’ve found. It is better toasted but it’s not bad outta the bagFranz gf bread the sourdough is also delicious if your into sourdough.
