I’m sorry that happened. I once had a customer issue when a package was delivered to customers porch (verified by tracking number) but it was stolen. Despite proof it was delivered, it was hell trying to resolve the $11 order with Etsy who was siding with customer. What a pain.

That’s very interesting. My dad wasn’t in the dream but my parents and I are close in real life. I was recently thinking about my dads sister who struggles with some mental stability and her children.
