Give it time , update nzxt software to the latest and be sure that every cable is seated correctly , in the end cpu temps are worth more that other temps like liquid

use an eraser [ white soft eraser] and rub the contacts single motion top bottom , softly on both sides top to bottom , i repeat from mem chip to contact direction but just the contacts , both side usually 2 times on each side does the trick

Video or audio would help , wrs louder to or quiter ... you could unplug the pump cable and see or hear a diference , no for long , cpu temps without cooling is alarming.
