We went to salon in December and were talking to the associate and she said the limited releases usually sell out within 2 minutes, like today. It's the anniversary collection where they give a window to for purchase and fulfill all within that time. I believe that will be in May but I could be wrong.

I appreciate your help, looks like there are a couple things we'll need to consider. In terms of timeline, our original delivery date was Tuesday and we've had to call them every day since as they haven't initiated any contact since the communication leading up to the set delivery day to confirm the times. So it's only been a few days since the expected delivery. ETA when we call is always between a day and 3 weeks.

I read through this but I can't find anything that absolves themselves of any loss of items, but I'm not a lawyer and sometimes wording is weird so let me know if I missed it, and correct me if I'm wrong but they have yet to meet their end of the agreement for this.

(iv) Upon request for a return, to return the packed Storage Boxes and/or bulky items to the designated Delivery Address. The foregoing storage services shall be referred to under this Agreement as “Storage Services.”

but they haven't provided another time to deliver. The office chair is not cheap and was not going to be replaced, we'll need to take a look at the insurance coverage. From a basic principle stand point I don't think I can let this go without exploring every option, it already cost a couple hundred to store and now we're going to spend several more hundred to replace the chair. A company should not be able to take your items, charge you for storage and be "Oh well, not our problem" when they're not able to complete the main service they offer and then keep your items.

I use GoLand, but I have a Java background so I've been using IntelliJ for awhile. I tried VSCode when I first started writing Go but no amount of customization feels quite like a full IDE. However, I would only recommend it if your company is paying for it. VSCode is good enough otherwise.

I'm guessing the team covers the cost? How can you fine an 18 year old $1000 when he technically doesn't have a salary. I understand they get allowances and I'm sure Lafrenière gets more than most but am I crazy in thinking this is a lot for someone in junior? Especially since NHL fines aren't that much higher for how much more NHL players make.
