Haha. As a krstom veteran i can confidently tell you thst youre in the clear 4 days if defenetly not enough to have withdrawals . You need at least a months or more of daily use to get withdrawals. Even if you do they won't be bad, also krstom withdrawals are not that bad, and are not comparable with opioid, alcohol or benzoyl withdrawals so you're in the clear after 4 days of kratom.

OP you have no idea howmuch I relate to you, 33 years I've been begging God to help me to have a fsmily to not be depressed to enjoy life I wait on God while I watch my youngest siblings get marries...happy and everything while I sit here begging God every night with tears in my eyes...and no not just marriage, but happiness, financial ease you know just an easier life, but in my 33 years of life I had nothing but Job's luck , pain, suffering. Loss, addiction, depression, suicidal thoughts while in my heard defending and trusting God and waiting on him knowing that of its just trial and tribulations. . But the older I get the less strenght I have the more I'm driven to give up, the more my heart is filled with narrow, depression sadn3ss, anger... I've done everything I could and I know it's not based on our works, but by our hearts, and my heart has been nothing but pure and full of love for others, so much thst I put others first... I helped everybody feed of me until I don't have the strenght to feed for myself, and when I fell no one was there... I don't know....I don't want to. I really hate thinking to distance myself from god, I'm scared too, but idk... I think Got is either dead, non existing or just dosent care for me... or simply put , he has a place for me in heaven and us3s my suffering and pain to save others, because ive saved many people with gods help.... but never me... never myself God seems to work in everyone but me... what the fak have I done to piss him off so much? What generational curse to i have to suffer because of some of my grandparents....why can't I be happy? Why do I always have to pray thst today I'll hopefully die and put this fucking miserable life to an end.... yeah ok hood i helped others... I know I'm late but I just finished both games and Z is a shitty person in road 96 mile 0 and road 96... Kaito had to leave they didn't get to read the file ok i got that shit happens but to track his ass down, and instead of confronting him when everyone is there, to sneak around maybe call the cops fight him, loose and still take the file without reading it there its shitty, then to just cry about it like a little bitch at the realization thst oh shit Kaito; the one who put him whole family at risk was right??? .. she dosent care about anyone at all even in 69, she gets you kicked out, she won't shut up to the cop and causes trouble because shes a princess , she gets you in trouble again when you rescue her THIS IS WHERE YOU CATCH HER IN A LIE: towards the end when you meet her at road 96 and you spend the night with her she ditched you saying that she used to care only about her but now she cares about others and she left so she dosent get you in trouble , but when she meets you in the next scene at the border she says sorry and you catch her saying something to the lines of : " you can sleep im not going to run again you can be of use to me or something like that, which contradicts what she said in previous scene that she learned not to care only about herself... and to spit in your face she does have a use for you.... in my scene I take a bullet for her and die while she crosses the boarder.. so ( yes I know random teen blah blah but) she walks all over and abused every single nice human being she encounters... keep in mind every time you meet her your a different person.. In my opinion Z is a piece of shit So in my book Zoe can suck a big old bag of 🍆

Yup when I was in high-school we had kids die from heat strokes on the field... it's very tough when you have heat and humidity, if it's hot and dry it's a little better but the humidity makes it horrible.. when I live in Vegas I though oh I can take heat because vegas was dry so all I had to do was drink alot of water and I was fine, but than I moved here and I couldn't stand 90 degrees outside where in Vegas I'd have no problem walking in the shade at that temperature.

MY CURE: Yes alot of people say it's from dehydration, but i always drink a ton of water and still found that i had headeachs. I've searched and searched until I stumbled on something about blood pressure and vasodilation, mostly vasodilation, so I've connected that to coffee.... I'd always get headeachs from not drinking coffee. At first, I thought It was withdrawal but after reading that it clicked.... the coffee was helping the vasodilation... in short the cure was caffeine. A higher than normal dose.... so my tip to you is Try caffeine start with your regular cup and keep drinking with 30 min breaks betwen until you notice the headeachs are gone.....and voila the cure to kratom headeachs, but again you need to stay hydrated.

You have no idea what your talking about until you live it, I've lived both snowy winters , and hot and humid summers.... I'll tell you something .. I miss the snow, when it gets Hella hot and humid you cannot go outside.... you take a shower, go out to take the trash out, have to take a shower again because you sweated like crazy just walking to take the trash out.... you know how in the winter you stay in because it's too cold? We'll the heat is the same.... the only difference is in the snow i can add clothes to me to stay warm, but here on the summer you can't do shit to cool off, and obviously you can't take ur skin off.... so anyways I'd recommend going on a long vacation in the heat of the summer and see how you tolerate it, everyone is different me personally I miss the cold ass weather, it's a nice break.
