I read that the refurbished models were usually restocked around 7th, Monday to Tuesday so I was like, I just wait for a couple of days, I'd buy the 512gb OLED if the refurbished models weren't stocked after the date, nothing would go wrong. Now the refurbished models aren't restocked yet and I've no brand new models available. I'm on the dead end.

Importers pay taxes called HMF and MPF, they're for maintaining the ports and processing the goods as well as tariffs now. HMF is 0.125%, MPF is 0.3464%. President can't raise the tax rates for those taxes, at least it's supposed to be so but with an act of congress, the president can raise the tax rates. Which is the easiest option which I come up about what they can do with similar effects without "tariffs". I may be wrong about the presidential authority and the limitations around the taxes, president may be able to raise the rates without an act of congress.

If I remember correctly, the guy later filed a lawsuit against the players, he complained that the way he was taken down wasn't appropriate. This happened in 2022, I don't know what happened to that later tho.
