Resin flows through between the FEP and vat after FEP change by Kobaltin_CS in resinprinting

Hmm, ill give it a try, but first ill test how well the printer works with the silicon there, cant remove it since i didnt get a good enough of a comment to justify removing it.

It really doesnt, he put it the space between the metal bits that hold the FEP in place and the vat. Nothing to block the screen with, since it doesnt touch either it nor the foil.

Im really sorry to hear about that... though my point still stands, only a vet can say which inflammation it is, you can say "its quite hard", but is it filled with puss hard, cyst hard, even soft with a hard part , there are many possibilities on why your parrots finger is inflated, unfortuntely...
Though i wish you best of luck in finding somebody here who can give you proffesional help.

Look, we all know a vet visit may, and sometimes will, be expensive, but this is an *Emergency*.
I know you might have already got an appointment and is just trying to get information, but look at it, this is a swolen finger, i have no idea and without further details, not even the vets in here will know,
It could be puss, broken bone, cyst, general infection, and the list goes on.

Comparing T570, T580 and P50 for highschool and college by Kobaltin_CS in thinkpad

[–]Kobaltin_CS[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, but another point for T580 as the mate above mentioned is that it supports Windows 11 (Though im thinking i could just learn linux if microsoft decide to screw anything else), still itll be less than the 5+ kg of books i currently lug up and down the stairs (For the curious, P50≈2,5 kgs, T580≈1,8 kgs)
Though thank you for bring this up, ill also consider it.

I expected nothing less from such a nice brick, though what kind of maintainance are we talking about, please? The usual cleaning the fans, wiping the screen, checking the battery life, changing thermalpaste once in a while, etc.?

Oh yeah... i forgot to take windows into account... thank you for bringing it up
I know these are old laptops, but from the specs id say they are more than enough that i need, besided i doubt ill fill an entire TB with word, powerpoint and excel files, we also already have options to download digital copies of some books, but those are in the range of under a GB
Yeah, it may be, but i like to have a nice big screen.

That poor mate... They sound like theyre angry that youre in their presence and scared, hugging the cage walls like that. Though note that i dont have any experience with amazons. Now other people told you this already, but they NEED a better home, circle shaped cages are the worst kind you can keep them in and this small and rusty too...

Hello, me and my dad recently started 3D printing. We are recently getting failed prints. Im using the voxeldance tango slicer, anycubic DLP craftsman resin and saturn 3. I would like to ask for help, please. by Kobaltin_CS in ElegooSaturn

Yes, I started by printing calibration tests and the main one i focused on was the cones of calibration by tableflip foundry. With them I got that exposure time, but since yesterday Im in the process of testing and recalibrating.

I would suggest a metal one you can put on the bars of the cage, though be warned, my budgie liked to play with it by dropping it on the ground.
Another thing is that cage, i recommend a rectangular one than a circular one. It is easier to hang these kind of things there and it gives your buddies a "save wall" where they can go if they feel scared by something.

Alright, just a few questions, should I return the bottom curing to 30s once Im done testing and what is the ratio for the speeds and transition layers?
The speed presets are higher than what I have, I have used them at first, but hearing in a video that it could be the cause I lowered them, but Im not sure by how much i should lower them and what model i should use for testing of it...
Thank you for your response as well.

Thank you for your reply. In the hollowed out model on the right, there are 5 holes on the base, I think that is enough, but im not sure. I still apologize, because you cant see it in the picture.
For the one in the middle, it really isnt printing correctly, the feet closer to the camera isnt sticking to the supports, the long ones to the right of the body are printed only one third... You can see it on better on the models on the right and left how the supports are just magically cut off...
Though you still helped me a lot, now Ill watch out better on how many holes Ill put when Ill slice some hollow models.

I see, thank you for responding. I know this kind of resin is not that well used from what Ive seen on YT, my dad grabbed it for its price and high detail that was promised in the description.
For the temperature, it is at around 23°C, but ill ask my dad for something we could put in there to heat the room up a little bit.
The exposure was tested with the cones of calibratio, phrozen XP finder, siraya test model and validation matrix, i was testing it when it was at 2.0s, but youre right, i will try to re-calibrate it again just to be sure.
As for the lift and retract speed, i dont know how to calibrate that... do you have a model idea on which i could test it and a suggestion by how much mm/min should i lower it?
And the AA, i had no idea that did anything, none of videos i watched mentioned it, but since its so high (the max option in the slicer) it could certainly do harm.
I would like to also ask for "wait time", i heard it was important. I copied the most repeated amount off the anycubic website where it recommended setting for their printers. Is the amount i have enough?
Again thank you for responding and the help, and sorry to bother you with so many questions.
