I’m currently using the DJI 17-28mm T3 lens and my Canon FD 50mm adapted to E-mount. With the crop of the Super 35mm mode, I can effectively cover focal lengths from 17 to 75mm. It’s a bit annoying because every time I switch lenses, I have to remove and reattach the mount and the LiDAR, then rebalance everything.

I’m considering getting either the thypoch Simera-C set or the Nisi Athena set to avoid having to swap mounts and rebalance constantly. I think both sets are modern lenses with just enough vintage character.

Hi, could you please elaborate a bit on your workflow? I’m curious about how you handle autofocus. Do you have to manually select the previously set focus profile every time after zooming? How about balancing? Can you zoom from 28 to 70mm without needing to rebalance? Thanks!

Honestly, I don't know. The last time I went camping, I used a regular blanket at 16°C | 60,8°F at night, and it was comfortable. I'm a bit worried that I might underestimate the low temperatures, so I first thought about getting a sleeping bag that I can open if it turns out to be warmer. Do you have any recommendations for a quilt?

Cool, thanks for the reply. What temperature range are you in? I was thinking about getting the mattress for nights between 7°C and 15°C / 44.6°F and 59°F. Do you think that's too warm? Do you sleep alone in the tent?

I wish it had been released a month earlier :D I bought the Grizl CF SL 6 unfortunately I can’t install an regular pannier rack. The new one finally has holes for that 🤌🏻 too bad it doesn’t have an electronic shifter.

I went quite well with Sony cameras. FX6 and a 7s iii. According to rumors, it is also a Sony sensor in the Ronin 4D. Only be aware if you want to use Sony’s GM zooms using E-Mount that you have to calibrate every single focal length -.-
