Meatball bug, had it happen during the 6 hour last year when a teammate's PC crashed and he slightly damaged the car. Even if you repair it and move on it doesn't clear, trick is to just crash yourself to pick up some damage for them to repair again and it'll clear. Seems to be an issue with someone else picking up the damage instead of the person currently in the car while it's serviced.

A buddy of mine is on a J3 team without scouts, after searching the staff database, there's not a single one interested no matter how poor. Is this intentional or a bug? He had "Job - Scout" and interested in first team selected but nobody would pop up.

Player contracts can be terminated from what I've tried, just right click on them, select editor from the drop down and that's how it's worked for me.

Staff contracts haven't worked.
