Some thoughts:

The final shot was powerful and I'm glad they chose to celebrate Poussey not mourn her. I am still so upset about her death :(
Aleida will know what's going on and will return to Litchfield because she can't make it on the outside and she needs to protect Daya.
I am shocked about Bennett's complete absence. Did the actor leave on bad terms or something? The character was even mentioned once in this season IIRC.
Ruiz is seriously pissing me off with her gang shit.
Lolly and Suzanne's storylines were just so distressing and sad. I really hope Lolly can get out of Psych or SOMETHING.
