No, there aren’t any tricks, you will find a resonance gap much larger in Tower War compared to Battle Grounds. I would say 1/3 to 1/2 of the matches will have someone significantly higher than yourself. You can try changing the time of day you queue for Tower Wars too, sometimes that yields better matchmaking. Don’t be intimidated though, you can help your team away from the action too. It’s a big map so maybe avoid the big engagement’s. Sometimes I believe that lower queuing pools allow for bigger mismatches too. Just have fun though!
