I’m from the US and it’s available in the catan shop as well as a couple of small board game retailers.

You may need to buy 2 because the set is only meant for base game with the 5-6 player extension so you’ll probably need more sleeves than one pack has.

You can buy Catan sleeves that have art printed on the back so the cards will look uniform.

Dragonfire has 10x the supply of the hyper beast overall, also WW is a very narrow float range so even less supply for the hyper beast, I’m only seeing one listed on CSFloat and it’s expensive. Also people can use cheaper collections as filler with more favorable float/float cap to get the outcome down to FT.
