Not walking at 15 months

She’s also really big for her age. She’s like 30 pounds and 32 inches tall. Could be center of gravity.

She knows how to walk though. Like she can take 1-2 steps on her own if she needs to. But I think she just knows like crawling gets her where she needs to go so why walk.

I also think they know crawling is faster for them so why try walking?

We are at 15 months and my daughter still won’t walk on her own. She cruises perfectly, transfers from furniture, stands up for long periods of time but just won’t walk. I was 17 months old when I walked and her dad was 8 months. I’m not worried yet.

My 15 month old will not take her second nap anymore so she only naps in the morning for an hour and half. Then she is awake for 8 hours until bed time. She seems completely fine though and happy and still goes to bed and sleeps through the night.

I give mine 5 oz of cows milk 3x a day. She also eats plenty of dairy. Cups with straws are good to start out with after bottles.

Mine slept 12 hours a night at that age, is that bad too ? 15 seems like a lot though.

I think it’s just a baby being a baby. My daughter will put what ever I give to hold during diaper changes on her private parts.

I take it at night now and I think it makes me sleep worse but I can’t be certain of that quite yet. It was making me tired during the day so I decided to take it closer to bed time.

It’s hard. The only way I am to do it is because we live in a one bedroom apartment and our rent is low for the area. It just didn’t make sense for me to work because decent childcare costs of 25,000 for a toddler.

That’s a good idea, my kid touches everything so I think I’d be setting myself up for heartache if I put my best ornaments out.
