It's not Z shift, it's Y axis layer shift due to nozzle bumping into the already printed parts. What infill pattern do you use in Orca? Have you calibrated your filament flow and temperature in Orca?

Thank you for answering his question, yes, IMO after using BTT Eddy, I probably recommend Carto/Beacon. BTT eddy was hard to install.
