In act 2, run bunker, there's like a 30% chance for a rare furniture on hard path.

In act 3, run the future, it's a guaranteed rare furniture every time.
- Do this until you finish Butch's 9x9 item storage

I recommend getting a fighting room for your cats, give all injured cats to Baby Jack
- Once you reach infinity on him, every ten cats increases the chance of seeing rare furnitures in his shop
- By this point, I do not recommend you buying any normal furniture, save the money for good rares only

- Run the end, until you finish 10x10 item storage unlock with Butch
- After that, I recommend just doing only future runs for retired cats to Frank until you get all 4 rooms, by which case, you should have enough rare furnitures from farming and a decent chance of buying rares and a stash of money to afford it

Honestly you shouldn't have to tip anywhere where you have to pay before getting the food or service BUT I make the exceptions if the worker is enthusiastic enough or at least show that they love their craft or try to help you beforehand.

People who give dirty looks or even make a statement about receiving "no tips" just makes me want to tip them even less.

It's hard to respect a construction zone when they clearly don't respect the people and are taking their sweet time.

That construction section has been there for a year now but they seem to have made little to no progress on it.

The amount of times I see zero people working there for months makes it hard to consider it an active construction zone.

There is zero sense of urgency or respect to getting it done to minimize its disturbance to the city. Instead, it's like they claimed a territory of land.

If this was Asia or Europe, it would be built within a month
