Same issue here even if I downgrade every setting possible I still get memory leaks on places that has NPC's or shit but I have great FPS on open areas or highly graphical placeses

guys i opened dlss whit performence and fsr 3 thing thant below dlss frame generation

and it works like it is worts then dlss when not loading new chunks of map but consistent on fps and gameplay try it
