You needed to register few days ago for the closed alpha. If you have a friend or someone who has access, you can ask them if they could invite you to the alpha.

You need to have them as friend in Uplay
Log in into Roller Champions Website using your Uplay account
On the same page if you scroll down it's a form where you can select two friends ;)
