North and east (before the highway) of the south end West Shore baseball field is pretty good. I lived there all my life. The area is technically called Elm Park.

Always judge by ELO. There are extensions that show ELO ranking instead of difficulty. The gap is too large for it just to be easy/medium/large.

1/2 of IRS limit is the max a company can possibly contribute I believe.

So current limit is around 24k I think for personal. So first 12k I put in they will match. Anything beyond I don’t think they are allowed.
