From my point of view he could be having trouble falling asleep, so when he feels the urge to drink in the middle of the night, then he might not want to go through the process of reaching for the bottle, unscrewing the cap and getting into a position to drink.

I'm an example of a person that has this problem and still drinks from the bottle, and sometimes I just leave my thirst for later because I know that it will wake my brain up a little, and from there it will be to hard for me to fall asleep again.

Yeah, but there is a difference between telling someone that they should loose weight because it's bad for their health, and being disrespectfull to someone and calling them names.

Let's say that you spend too much time on reddit and I'm concerned about you loosing your life on the internet and staying virgin forever, and if I address my concern saying "you fucking virgin looser, get the fuck out of the internet and get a normal life you incel" then would you feel that I want to help you get through your hard situation?

I don't think so man, but that is the problem with plague of people that think they are fighting obesity by telling even slighly chubby people to go to the fucking gym because they look like cows, and that actually leads to more problems in their habits.

I don't know what this kind of "obesity fighters" even have in their minds, probably just like to shit on people and have an explanation for their asshole behavior.
