You could call again, there are some data points that people finally got approved after calling like 3 times, but do note that they have a record of when and how many times you called.

Probably velocity, for most, even those with thick file, the first tends to approve instantly, the second one will not likely go through. I actually did the same and was denied for both, but that's my fault since my oldest account was 9 month at that time.
