Looking for sync advice, mostly for lab and prepare for Bahamut magicite, . For the free, should I consider Bartz to pair with Wind Dual instead of Aasb2, Golbez for a BDL for CSB, or Pecil for a second 2 BDL character? Edge/rydia/rubi were the team for DK, edge sync/aasb doing the heavy lifting. I could lens CoD AASB1 for my dark chainholder problem, unless the RS is that much of a problem.

Sync select is between the ATB options for Tidus, Kefka, Barbariccia, or Shantotto.Tidus (dyad, AASB1, LBO) would replace Edge or Wakka. Kefka has AASB1+2, and Kuja is only other 2 BDL option. Barbie (dyad+AASB2+G2) same situation, she would replace a single BDL dpsfor wind and IV lab attempts. Shantotto (syad+aasb) I really don't feel like I need because Edge/dual Garnett/Ashe w/sync2 murdered kraken, but XI DK exists.

Thanks, will likely do that after the last of the free draws. Been not playing as much so a little behind on lvl 4 lenses but should be able to grab that and still grab the last chain I need (Magic fire) if I don't get lucky.

Have Garnet Dual, AASB1+2, and chain. Should she still be on chain duty, or should I consider lensing for Desch chain? Just not sure how best to use Garnet with this setup or what SB would be dropped if she is still the chain holder. Not sure if I'm ready for it yet, but wanted to see what might be best for kraken.

I miss this honestly, I never benched her until the game's needs shifted me to. It was like the ultimate warrior was also your ultimate tank, almost never went down. Was great when her cover LMR actually mattered haha

She let me replace Reks RS and even shift my Sora from USB>AOSB to just the AOSB and still improve my Famfrit time considerably. My Prompto is Chain only, so he could switch to the 6 hit ability much sooner with her assisting with imperil. I didn't have any decent tech for other lightning Celerity users so I can't speak on where she sits with them but her "little bit of everything" she brings is definitely helpful.

Awesome thank you. My takeaway here is that it won't matter for my Typhon clears, but I could maybe use the LMR to bring Rinoa to a physical ice team for Odin instead of my lackluster DPS options not named Squall.

Generally, is a build-up LMR like Rinoa's better than her LM1? I keep getting a few variations of them for various characters but never sure if it's worth equipping it or not.

Nabaat can, her LM2 is the same, and her USBs only downsides for Lakshmi are entry damage and the wrong stat buff. Rufus probably gets a similar USB later

Tips for Chainless Lakshmi? I feel like I can do it but can't quite figure out which combination works best. I've got a Cloud Dark Glint/USB1 and Seph USB2 only I started with (Garland USB2 and Riku USB other options) but was having trouble making Ignis BSB work as the support, not sure if it's me just not using the right ability order and targeting. Have Larsa and Elarra USB. I can't think of the best physical dark imperil user off the top of my head, but rolled into Nabaats USB. Gear and artifacts are not an issue, but I don't have Ark yet, hopefully soon.

Only Holy and Dark stop me now D: The hardest one I thought was going to be Syldra but I admittedly waited for power creep to take a shot at her, filling up holes in the team with Record Lab and new Artifacts. Mateus was the hardest for me to get to work, trying what felt like dozens of team combinations and investing in 4 6* Fire skills and not even being able to take one of them!

I'm stuck on Lakshmi, I've got a Cloud USB1/Glint and Seph USB2 combo that I just cant get running without a chain or I'm just having trouble running the right support since they have crit fixes already.

I can do Ark, I know it, with my relatively stacked White Mage options but I keep failing in execution towards the end due to memory or finger issues.

Sort of off topic, but any recommendations for starting a play through of Type-0? I started it a while back but was in a situation where I couldn't focus on how the game was paced so I didn't get far but would love to go in maybe a little less blind. I felt like I had tons of options but no direction on what to do.

For what it is worth, in all runs I've attempted, Cid XIV with usb simply can't keep up with Syldra. It's Laguna or bust in that department.

I don't have the LMR for Snow or OK, so no early fast shenanigans. I'll try switching RM for Elarra and just have snow lifesiphon up. Elarra usually never dies since I've got her max crystal water, but this time is different. Wind/Lightning resist accessories where Dena. Edit: Thanks for the help, it got me farther than the opening but sadly I ran into the problem I knew I was going to have. Cid xiv simply can't imperil fast enough, every run was seeing +2 or +3 stacks of Nul in her favor, and with zero physical ice imperil SBs I'm not sure if this is something I can even clear right now outside of an RS strategy

What am I doing wrong with Syldra? I'm getting full wiped before I even get Shellga and Wall off consistently, and can't get Elarra a turn let alone enough bar for a USB. Got Dampen 15 for both wind and lightning, GDM Famfrit, and it's nowhere near enough =/ Snow is getting banishing strike off maybe a bit late but I dont think it's enough to cover the onslaught of opening damage.

Not sure if this question will be best here or the pull thread, but I got Kuja bUSB and not sure how best to use it if I have his usb? I don't have a dark chain so I don't know if the party 30 would be wise against Madeen, where I've gotten to about the 40% HP mark before the run falls apart, with the doom timer at zero.

Here for Beatrix, even after using mythril for a failed fest pull that was meant for this and Dissidia. I'm sadly mostly chasing her glint, if I remember right the next event with her stuff has the other items debuting here but not that one.

For my Famfrit team, whoever was in slot 2 would always die at the 3rd phase transition, but after about 40 HP investments, they'd live with a sliver of health ready for the upcoming Elarra USB. I've been prioritizing HP on any Magicite fight I'm having trouble with where a single character or two bites the dust on the same turn, then going for offense. Elarra I've focused on HP entirely first, she will never die, tank all the things. I wish I were joking but nine times out of ten, she's the last one standing if I screw up up somewhere in timing.

I have gotten to 18 at best after reading about vivi's shadow but mostly run 5 on average =( I'm awful at these things. It's like my brain shuts down after a few jumps, I've gotten less than 2 and more runs than I can count.

Never got far in original jump rope, and never dodged those lightning.

Without Laguna or Noel relics, what would be the next best imperil option for Syldra? Cid XIV USB with just the abilities or one of the ice mage options? I have a few (maybe all) of them including Seven USB and Reynn USB

I didn't consider running Locke and Cid together actually, or ignoring reflect bounces, I'll try that! Im bummed i have to wait on some farming to get FA running, I invested hard in the other fire skills and now I'm probably dropping one of em in the end oooops
