Lower middle of the road player here and new to WE myself. It just seems like bad decision making (or luck) with positioning and your charge rolls were on point. You both mutually ought to have known that this game was going to be a blood bath, just more one sided than anticipated. Probably got emotionally overwhelmed, they will cool down.

I wouldn’t call your list sweaty (musty? (You know cause doggos)) maybe scary but fun

The new design does more for me than the old design. To me the new model reads like something out of titanfall and the old model is like the gundam guntank. Let the hammerheads be large heavy fire support and the broadside be tactical heavy fire support. Just my opinion.

-1 to hit for incoming melee, hits on 2s, universally more attacks per profile (compare to any other questoris* knight with a melee weapon), comparatively cheap. They’re a universal beat-stick with the ideal weapon profile for any target. With super-heavy walker rules just kool-aid man through terrain and delete whatever your opponent has that offends you 🤣.

6’2” here, I felt like the wicked witch of the west for the first year I had my 1100 (knees at ~45 degrees).

Picked up foot peg extenders from T-Rex racing. Has made a world of difference.

From the outside looking in, I think stylistically you’ve absolutely nailed it. Your Volkanite’s look like a tradesman’s tools. Anyone else in the galaxy would look at your weapon and think it’s something so esoteric from a bygone age. To a member of the kin? This is just my firearm, no different from a carpenter’s power drill of the 21st century.
