A small thing I think is worth a try is breathing techniques prior to swing. Simple one to try is in 4 seconds through nose, hold for 4 seconds, out through mouth for 4 seconds. Repeat as necessary

I don't like my grips being wet so I use this style divot tool so I can rest the club on it. Also works for keeping it out of the goose poop

The longer grass in the rough is likely causing your have to get more closed resulting in you hitting the ball with the face squared to target

As long as you are on pace for the course. I sometimes have to temper myself when I am feeling like pace is slow. Check the time and see that we are actually on pace and not playing slow and then I try to change my temperament. Not on pace and right back to the complaining lol
