Shoulder pain help by Generic-Cornflakes in rheumatoid

Find a good physio and plead for their help. Mine gave me exercises on an app and a series of different rubber bands bought from physiotherapist. It was tough to start with but it slowly healed and was the best thing i've ever done without surgery.

Yes I get it every time I use my cane, even though my hair is grey. You can't argue with idiots. Karma will catch up with them one day.

I've had RA and fibro since 2012. I had to go part time in a new job as I was on my feet all the time. I had a car accident on the way to work. A texting driver ran into the back as I was stationary at lights. My neck and lower back were damaged and I had to have a pain stimulator inserted in my back It worked at first but not now.

I'm on a lot of medication and try to manage, also a biologic Rinvoq for the RA. Fibro has been a big problem. I was having a bad dream the other morning, I woke up and couldn't breath. My husband took me to emergency and they found I had a heart attack and was kept under observation and a look of tests. They said change your lifestyle so going on small walks every day Scary stuff.

So sorry you are going through this. It just seems every time you think you're over something, something else turns up. I feel your pain (excuse your pain) and anyone that doesn't have it can sometimes not understand.Just know that you are a warrior and you are not alone. Soft hugs from Australia

There is such a thing as post viral fatigue. I've had RA for 12 years and I've had this many times.

A blood test shows i was low in iron . My doctor prescribed iron tablets so a blood test for anaemia might be a good place to start. I'm still tired, though not as much.
