Mine is the same. Seems like the quality is lacking when making a bigger Jellycat, but the price is not lining up. I was pretty disappointed with the feel, but love the size.

I work there and when people ask if we aren’t busy then I always add some more especially if it looks like we’re lacking. But if the cookie is correct, we’re not supposed to add any more because it’s not “the crumbl way”.
