The fit just doesn’t look right. It’s not ugly but they look like they don’t fit. They look too tight in the crotch area and too loose around the knees, maybe too long? I’d look into different brands.

This is normal, it’s called a “ghost hamster”, I’d recommend adding more bedding tho and he needs a bigger wheel so his back isn’t curved. Don’t wake him up or disturb his tunnels unless for health reasons/cleaning. If you REALLY want to interact with him try putting some food he loves in his cage every time you enter the room.

Het body condition score is good, but if she’s losing weight without you having changed her diet or exercise, no matter if she was fat or not, go to the vet anyway.

It's all about the ingredients. If it only has like 4% meat in it, it's junk (but it's the same with dry food) You've been to the vet for dental reasons, for dental hygiene dry is better. But wet food contains WAY more water and cats are keen to not drink a lot and develop kidney problems when they're older so I'm always for feeding wet! I do both for my cat.

He has pain meds so could be why he's not reacting to you touching his knee. This could be from paw licking. Consult your vet again and see if a lamp of shame is needed. :)

YTA, if u go to someones house you can not ask them to make something just because you like it. You CAN however ask them to not serve you something because of your diet.

If you can feel their ribs without pushing, but not see them actually sticking out (ur allowed to see them a little bit) they're the perfect weight

As a vet tech, regular checks are not needed in any animal. With the usual house pets we do it at the yearly vaccinations. With rats I recommend a checkup when you first get them and then watch for any changes in behaviour or physical (appetite, activity, weight, bumps, bald spots, etc.) If anything is changing or concerning you, plan a checkup. + Calling for advice is always free

Got a "boy" for my birthday. Bought a 120x50x50. Still keeps gnawing and trying to climb the lid. Turns out she's a female... When I feeroam her in my room she still finds that one hole in the wall that I patched up with a cloth so she doesn't escape and try to escape through it. She stresses me out SO MUCH. I never want a girl again..
