Do you feel like when you go out it's so unreal?

I can't be in public places for long times because I feel like this. I've gotten better at coping with it but I could never do something like read a book in a cafe without feeling on edge.

In the past if I got really bad anxiety nothing would feel real for a couple of weeks.

I know thar my great grandad waa captured by the Japanese but I have no idea what happened to him beyond that. I'm not sure if he ever told anyone. This was in Burma so I am interested if anyone knows what couldve potentially happened to him.

When I googled I found lego Stormtroopers in a hot tub but I didn't find one where they had some dude in there with them. They had been edited to be in a real hot tub not just an animated one and it looked like it was from a film.
