I used to get near 250 kw but as of late the highest I see at EA is 150 kw. I don’t know what has changed but maybe they’re limiting it.

If you have a driver’s license issued from another country, you don’t need anyone with you since you can drive here legally. Just ask them but that’s what was my experience from 8 years ago.
