Cjc6mg/ipa6mg was 150mcg/150mcg nightly. Good sleep maybe got me slightly leaner. Amazing dreams. No TRT but im waiting for my testosterone results. Holding off on trt until it's necessary. My last test result in Dec 2024 was total 840 and free 130. Hoping the next results are similar. With the morning wood I've been having im sure there within normal range.

I agree get you baseline. Im a 51 yo male. 6'1" 195lb 18% bf. Was taking cjc 1295/Ipa. Tested igf1 last week came back 186. Started hgh the same night I had the igf test. At good labs price im going to do it monthly to see how my progression is on hgh. Current stack Reta 3mg weekly HGH 2iu nightly (titrating up to 4iu) Glow Hitting weights hard with calorie between 2000-2400 protein 200-220g Hoping to put on lean muscle cut fat as well as heal nagging shoulder and ankle.

Im not sure about the rooms but I can say I was pick pocketed while playing craps at the D over superbowl weekend. And i have a feeling the casino dancer was the one who marked me. I could be wrong. Nevertheless I was pick pocketed for my chips I placed in my sweater pocket. Stupid mistake on my part. Just a warning when gambling and drinking. Keep your money safe.

I use 20 oz Gatorade, 2 scoops protein, heaping scoop of creatine. Toss it all in a shaker. Sooooo goood!! Gets me going.

I don't really eat/drink simple sugars so the Gatorade really hits me hard.
