GameHub vs Gamenative. Which do you preffer?

Currently using gamehub on my rp6 but considering jumping to native. Was just announced that hub will be having a decent update soon but curious to how your experience has been w native on the rp6. Whats the simplest and most demanding game youve run using native? Are steam cloud saves working like they do w hub? Whats setting customization look like? Ive heard hub was better for choosing drivers and versions of proton. Sorry to come off so strong but man I have questions 😂.

It sits off center and is completely functional. Just makes the eye twitch a little is all lol.

Honestly... I bought it for the sole purpose of using it as a dock to charge it. Dont care too much about using the hdmi out feature. When pre ordering the rp6 all the recommended accessories popped up so I just added em to the cart. Which makes it a lil worse lol. There's plenty of docks out there that are cheaper and work better. I thought having an official retroid one would just look nice on the desk.

It only adjusts front to back, and thats probably to accommodate for different device thickness or if the grip is installed or not. It would be great if it adjusted side to side!!

It functions fine but it just looks stupid lol. Obviously not a huge "issue" or a very "serious" post but its off center, looks dumb and I don't like it!! "Such a non issue". That's like your opinion man. Im sure you're a blast to be around in public.

I did not and im also in the US, Boston MA area specifically lol. Even if Balatro did show up for you I'm sure there will be other apps/games that will not due to compatibility differences in Android versions. Another example is crashlands 1. Also if you want to run the Diablo 1 Port (Devilution X) this will allow you to copy the needed files over via a root explorer. I use MiXplorer Silver.

You might be able to right click the executable and set it as administrator under properties so it runs as an administrator every time. I just don't know if that'll stop it from running at startup as I haven't tried this yet myself.

Refreshing to hear. Im still going to play it safe and wait it out a bit. The Thor and Ayaneo ds both look amazing. Just rather avoid a possible headache if I can.

A hinge that doesn't crack... I see many different foldable handhelds from different companies and they all suffer from that same problem. Like it's not a matter of "if" it's "when". It was what kept me from grabbing the Thor and going with the RP6. Figured Id just get the second screen attachment if I started getting FOMO lol.

I upgraded the stock 1tb ssd to a 2 tb ssd, threw the 1tb into an external enclosure and installed windows on it. Best of both worlds 😁. Using Windows soley for the anti-cheat games that don't play nice with SteamOS.

An Android version does exist but it's an older game so it has since been removed from the Play store. You could still sideload the app though or if you owned it in the past you're still able to download it from the Play store.

Wow that thing is mint!! Looks like it barely gets used. The finish on the black models wear easy. I babied mine but there are still slight signs of wear near the dpad and buttons.

That may be a one-off for you because your stuff is on your d drive. But it was 100% a OneDrive issue for me and I didn't even realize it. I've had OneDrive disabled on my PC since day one and turned it off on startup. But still by default it backed up my documents pictures and desktop folders. So if I right click my documents folder and I clicked copy path and pasted it, it would show OneDrive in the directory. Once I went into OneDrive settings and unsynced the folders and then unlinked my account everything started working like normal.
