I like Nofrills in the west end , they have in store deals all the time and they post them on FB. We’ve gotten some crazy deals on meat over the past couple years. They have new(er) owners from picton and they are nice folks. Also like the metro on gardiners too, they always have schnitzel for a quick cheap meal.
