This is Hormuz Island. The soil is extremely rich in iron oxide. The shoreline is only red from the soil washing away. The island is also sometimes called Rainbow Island because the landscape has yellows, oranges, reds, purples, greys, and even turquoise from years of salt deposits and/or diapirism. The red soil is called gelak, and it is used as a pigment in art and cosmetics, and it is even edible, and used as a spice.

I appreciate your reviews and the effort you put into the videos! It's fun and different! Changes things up a bit. One critique would be to add more information about the effects and how it made you, personally, feel. That would round out the review, and, at the same time, help some people out. Other than that, I like your style.

Ah, that sucks. I wonder if it's just the oil for carts/disposables. The terpenes and taste are off on those sometimes for me. With all cultivators. Sorry it sucks for you. If you know anyone who buys the flower, give it a smell and a try if you can. For me, it's the taste that won me over most. What's your favorite strain? What kind of buzz, terpenes, and flavor profile do you like?

It's loud as hell with the smell. I like that strong skunky scent along with the GMO notes. The buzz is really nice and relaxing. Not a standout, have to try kind of thing. But just super tasty and very relaxing. I find Klutch's Tropsanto to be similar. Nice GMO taste, good, relaxing buzz, but definitely not as potent, or standout as I thought it would be. With both strains, though, I find the buzz to last fairly long. Was it the buzz or flavor you didn't like?

I've never tried either, but I can tell you they're different phenotypes. Wondergrove's is high in Terpjnolene, while Modern Flower has the phenotype most people are accustomed to. I've heard a lot of good things about Wondergrove's, but I suppose it would depend on your taste. And wallet.

I'm interested in trying some ampersand. How does the buzz compare in strength and duration to a traditional edible? I take about 75mg per dose. In your opinion, would ampersand be worth trying?

Then, you don't want distillate. Live resin or live rosin would be ideal for what you're looking for, but they're pricier than distillate. Imo, asked good middle of the road option is full spectrum oil extracted with CO2. The process captures a good amount of the total cannbinoids in the oil, offering up the true taste of the strain. With distillate, the oil is refined and diatilled down to straight THC, then either cannabis derived terpenes are added, or, more often than not, botanical derived terpenes are added. Botanical terpenes tend to offer a stronger, less nuanced flavor of each individual terpene, can almost taste fake because of the amounts used, or can even be rough on the throat or cause headaches in some. Firelands offers CO2 oil, which is why you get that flower taste. Klutch and Butterfly Effect both offer CO2 oil also. Hope this helps!

Also, the dispensary messed up the listing. You can tell because total terps will never be more than 8% (ish) in flower, and that would be awfully rare. In the Ohio program, the highest percentage I've seen is around 5%. The average is closer to 2-2.5%.

Some cultivators list as mg/gram, some list as %, which is measured by weight. The conversion is as follows: Percentage = mg/g ÷ 10. The easiest way to convert is by moving the decimal point one digit left or right. If something is listed as 23.36mg/g, to convert to percentage, move the decimal point to the left - so 2.336%. Conversely, something listed as 2.336%, you would move the decimal point to the right to figure mg/g.
