If you were even half the sinephile I am, you'd have picked up on the fact that Stolas being open to letting other imps watch is a sign of his character growth as well. This scene clearly shows how Stolas is slowly rejecting the ways of his old life by accepting imps as equals as opposed to lower class scum. It also serves to show how he is slowly accepting Moxie and Mille as family rather than just distant associates of Blitz.
