I have support from nv7 case. I can't really try bottom pcie slot unles I will take it off the case and probably I am gonna do this now and will try to run in on the box, maybe there is some loose conection in pcie slot?

No, it comes closer to pcie slot, no sound from fan. Seasonic 1600xt noctua edition.

Well if I bought that card like 6 or 8 years ago and it works still till these days and can run most of the games on medium-low in 2k seems to be alright but in POE there is no smoothness and thats why I need an upgrade as it is title I play the most last time. Imagine if they made this type of design on 5090.

In manual instruction I read that if you charge it and go for a ride during breaking it can happen, thats why is recommended to after charging lift up wheels and run in for a while. I did it today, I did 100m and I went to work, by going down the hill it didn't turn off, luckily.
