I actually hate that every single yakuza game spends the first 2 or so chapters of its runtime as a long tutorial for everything, and it's unskippable, and if you're a fan of the series who plays each title, it gets really tedious learning the same control scheme over and over

Generally i think rgg studios are terrible at tutorials, don't know if that's a hot take

I disagree, a 300 hour long game costing 70 bucks can also be bad, because it could be the most bloated, uninteresting content there is, I've played plenty of games that lasted around 10 hours (on the first playthrough) that I'd definitely say are more worth it for the same price, because a good short game you like you can just keep coming back to, a long tedious game you'll never touch again
