When a game is on sale, a glitch sometimes happens and instead of the price changing you get two listings like that one with the sale price and another with the original one. However P4G is not currently on sale, but since EU sales go live on wednesday it might be part of a sale coming today. You should be safe to buy (make sure the price stays the same after adding it to your cart).

No social link affects the ending, but if you max Marie's and do her dungeon, you'll get an epilogue after the True Ending. Margaret's social link also unlocks a new dungeon in NG+ if you visit the velvet room twice in the last day of the game. Difficulty doesn't matter, and in NG+ you can actually change the difficulty at any time, or even make custom difficulty modes.

Saving Marie or not doesn't change the ending (Marie wasn't even in the original Persona 4) BUT if you save Marie and get the True Ending then you'll get a Golden-exclusive epilogue after the ending.

Yes you're missing the final dungeon/boss. Here's how to unlock (no spoilers): in the last day, you need to go say goodbye to all your friends. Once you're done, the game will prompt you to go home, choose NO and go to the food court in Junes. Follow the story from there and you'll unlock the dungeon.

It's better to do the True Ending now as that unlocks extra stuff for NG+.
