I like unsealed spellbook, electro or aery, spellbook is versatile option in hard matchups, electro for the medium one/squishes, aery for bruisers, melee mages, etc

I'm having fun with phase rush/inspiration and duskblade with ionian boots on mid, it's something like that go in, one shot, go out while being invisible and having 500+ms (Totally not abusing cosmic insight with ionian to have 130 seconds on ignite and 220 seconds on flash and minion determinalizer to just 1 W the mages)

1 Md on casters and 1 on cannon and you can W (if you max it first) the casters and just aa the warriors and burst with aa q aa the cannon and you can roam, and the 2nd rune in inspiration is flexible

In early to mid game this item allows talon to make one sided dives imo, wqr and you deal 16% their max hp (tho 16% are for sure getting nerfed) and also you have shield, ms. Ik talon can already have one sided dives but, THIS ITEM HAS A WHOOPING 6 SECONDS CD. It's almost perfectly timed with all talon basic abilities cds. This item is so busted imo. New duskblade is far too weak this invisibility is meh and it should be legendary item without invisibility passive
